You may wonder why you don't find more properties/projects for sale on our website, but the explanation is quite simple. We are not real estate agents but property developers and, on behalf on our clients, we are extremely critical regarding the properties/projects we select to work with.
Like with all real estate the location is the key. Then we take great pride in making sure that it is possible to obtain all the necessary permissions before we bring clients out to view the location.
It is getting increasingly difficult to find the unique locations. There are very few left and restrictions from the local authorities and the presence of UNESCO is making our work more challenging. However, we love challenges...
